Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your merchandise, please contact me at 940.391.7546 within 5 days of receiving you product. I will not accept contact through e-mail or Facebook.When you get the ok to send your product back, & when I receive the merchandise via FED EX ONLY & it’s in the same shape as when I had originally shipped it, I’ll then be happy to make a return or an exchange. ON CUSTOM ORDERS: I’m fair. Each customer will be taken as a case by case basis.
Breakage
If anything breaks in the shipment process, you’ll need to notify me within 3 days. I’ll be happy to remake the broken pieces in a timely fashion.
Shipping & Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on how busy I am. I’m not a next day service, because most of what I do is custom & handmade. If it’s a reasonable order that you want & it’s a reasonable time frame, I’ll get it done. Most orders that are 4 -12 pieces usually takes me 5–10 DAYS.Any order over 12 pieces will usually take me 2-3 WEEKS.
On my items that are on hand & already made, I can usually send out that day or the NEXT day.
I ship FED EX on most items.Shipping will vary depending on amount, weight, where you are & if you want it shipped faster than ground.

If you’re not comfortable giving payment information via computer, please call me at 940.391.7546. I’ll be happy to take your order &/or your payment over the phone. I take checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal & good ‘ol cash if you’re local.
